¨Step 1

Send an e-mail to request the letters from Monday to Thursday: Your passport must be valid for at least 1 year, otherwise the letters for the visa will not be sent.

In the subject you must put your Full name for example: USA visa appointment Perez Perez Jose Juan 013131 (Remember subject is the blank box below the e-mail address, do not write accents or ñ in your name.)

 

If you change your passport, send it scanned in color in Pdf format. in the same email as the visa application.

The email should only contain:

Your number (Staff ID or employee): 000000

Passport number: XXXXXXXXXX

Embassy: Country

Telephone of your contact 333 3333333

Step 2:

Verify which consulate corresponds to you and request the letters that Insearch gives you for this purpose as described above.

Step 3:

Complete the DS-160 Online Application form.¨

Step 4: Schedule your appointment(s) by through the Appointment Center to pay the application.

Step 5:

Go to the CAS to submit your application, take fingerprints and photograph.

Step 6: Go to the Embassy for an interview (NOT REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS).

Step 7:

Send a scanned copy in COLOR PRF Format.
