The transit visa process takes one month.
Step 1
First obtain the MCV Visa if you do not already have it.

Step 2
Once you receive the authorization of the 988 visa (it arrives by mail) send it by E-mail to crewvessel@gmail.com just write your employee number in that email just forward it (complete) as you received it.
Ask to request the Joining Immigration Letter send anE-mail to crewvessel@gmail.com

With the account you created of the MCV enter this link
which is in the visitor section and continue with the process as indicated on the page.

Step 4
When you receive your visa, send the email as it arrived to crewvessel@gmail.com
in the subject line put your name with your employee number.
